Having done a web search voluntarily I note that the following site maintained by the SL Tourist Board would also be helpful www.contactsrilanka.org/namelist.htmAnother option would be to place advertisements on the English, Singhalese and Tamil newspapers in Sri Lanka to trace the movements of the missing individuals. Google inquiry would help to identify the papers. I have not used the facility but I am sure it would be possible to place the advertisements on line and make the payment also on line using the credit cards. A volunteer

To search for a specific person missing in Sri Lanka by name, go to : 70.84.9.179/adminType -- inuser (when you are asked for your username) Type -- newslk82 (when you are asked for your password) Click on "Reports" (left-hand side of the page) and then enter the name of the person for whom you are looking.
